Through a photojournalistic approach, we capture moments that feel effortless and authentic yet have style and grace.
Melissa fell in love with photography at a very young age, then after selling wedding dresses at 16 years old, she also realized how special it is to be a part of someone's wedding day. She brought together two of her passions and started photographing weddings twelve years ago. She has now been a part of over 400 weddings across the world. Melissa loves making people feel their absolute best through her art, and capturing moments in a unique and timeless way. Her favorite form of photography is film photography, although she also uses medium-format digital cameras to be able to capture every scenario of a wedding day in the best way possible. When she is not working, she loves being at the beach with her family, making candles, traveling, or touring wineries.
Andrew thrives on genuine connection with others. He enjoys the small acts of sharing a meal, a morning coffee, and unique one-of-a-kind experiences. Andrew brings each couple’s wedding stories to life through a studied film approach. His films are influenced by each couple’s unique day and love story. Intentional movement and subtle emotions are things he constantly seeks to capture on a wedding day.
Andrew and Melissa met in 2010 volunteering at a canned food drive in Beverly Hills. Fast forward 5 years, and Melissa was living in Tijuana, Mexico, volunteering at an orphanage during the week and driving/flying up on the weekends for weddings. They reconnected through social media and decided to get together to catch up on life. A week later, they had their first date and a few months after a "big fat Egyptian wedding"! Andrew and Melissa have been married now for five years, have a one-year-old son and an adorable mini golden-doodle. They are passionate not only about weddings but about healthy marriages as well.
